Panic! At The Disco to embark on ‘The Gospel Tour’ with Walk The Moon, Magic Man & Youngblood Hawke

Awesome summer tour alert! Panic! At The Disco is hitting the road for ‘The Gospel Tour’ this summer with special guests Walk The Moon! Additional supporting acts include Magic Man  (I just saw them with New Politics at The Independent and they were AMAZING! Go buy their EP!) and Youngblood Hawke.

I recently attended Panic! At The Disco’s most “Too Weird Tour’ at The Fox Theater in Oakland and it was my favorite Panic! show that I’ve attended. Everything about it, from the crowd to the band, was so energetic. Brendon Urie has never sounded better, and the band’s live show really amplifies the new material from Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die! .

Check out the official press release and dates for ‘The Gospel Tour’ below.

Panic! At The Disco has announced their biggest outing yet: ‘The Gospel Tour.’ Hot on the heels of sold-out headline dates on their ‘Too Weird Tour,’ the band will take their incendiary live show across the U.S. this summer starting July 18 in Magna, UT at The Great Saltair. Special guests, Walk The Moon, will perform on all dates during ‘The Gospel Tour’ while Youngblood Hawke and Magic Man will join Panic! on select dates. Tickets are on sale starting Friday, February 28 through the Live Nation mobile app, at www.livenation.com and through the local venue ticketing websites.

Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets to select dates through Citi’s Private Pass Program beginning on Wednesday, February 26 at 8:00 a.m. local time.  For complete presale details visit www.citiprivatepass.com.  And beginning today, fans can visit http://bit.ly/PanicRSVP to RSVP for early access to presale tickets available starting at 10:00 a.m.local time on Wednesday, February 26.

Reviews of the ‘Too Weird Tour’ have been effusive:

“Urie danced his way across the stage during each song as he mirrored the crowd’s fervent energy, which was at full throttle the entire night…He isn’t afraid to hit those high falsetto notes to demonstrate his brilliant vocal range, show off some dance moves, or run around bare-chested performing acrobatics off the stage equipment.” — The Miami New Times

“Lead singer Brendon Urie’s voice is powerful and excellent…the energy level last night started high and never waned.” — Consequence of Sound

“The Marquee was transformed into a rock church during “This Is Gospel,” as stained-glass images lit the stage. The audience faithfully followed Urie, who commanded the room as if it were his church.” — The Phoenix New Times

Panic! will also stage a takeover of the TV airwaves performing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on Wednesday, March 5.

The group’s fourth studio album, Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die!,  debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 Chart in October. “This Is Gospel,” the second single from the album has over 10 million YouTube views, is currently impacting radio and follows “Miss Jackson” which hit Top 10 at Alternative Radio.
